If you want to stay healthy, you need to follow these steps:
- you need to eat fruits and vegetables every day;
- you need to do sports every day for about 25 or 30 min;
- you don t need to watch too much tv;
- you need to brush your teeth 2 times at day;
- you need to shower at least 2 or 3 times at week;
- you need to wash your hands carefully;
- you need to keep your room clean or else you will get sick;
- when somebody is sick, don t get really close to it;
- when you eat, you should check if your plate is clean;
- if you are cold, you should wear a sweater, a jumper, a jacket, a shirt or whatever makes you feel better;
