Tips to stay healthy

If you want to stay healthy, you need to follow these steps:

  1. you need to eat fruits and vegetables every day;
  2. you need to do sports every day for about 25 or 30 min;
  3. you don t need to watch too much tv;
  4. you need to brush your teeth 2 times at day;
  5. you need to shower at least 2 or 3 times at week;
  6. you need to wash your hands carefully;
  7. you need to keep your room clean or else you will get sick;
  8. when somebody is sick, don t get really close to it;
  9. when you eat, you should check if your plate is clean;
  10. if you are cold, you should wear a sweater, a jumper, a jacket, a shirt or whatever makes you feel better;
